Narayanan Raju17/03/2021We were away in USA when we contacted them. They came up with the design for the cabinets and explained the choices we had. The entire experience was smooth and well executed. They then called up our contractor and made a site-visit to finalize the details. Then they built the cabinets and installed them. When we came back we changed the design a bit. They came home and modified it to our needs! Awesome experience throughout the design, installation and post-installation phases.
Manjunath B S09/03/2021I went with stainless steel carcass for the kitchen since the carcass plywood was infested with termites, in spite of termite resistant boards, in just 4 years. To save periodic maintenance, I chose SS kitchen carcass. The idea was to retrofit existing drawers and tandem boxes. The folks at Tusker were very friendly, patiently heard through all the issues and promised to make all the carcasses. Though all of them were standard ones, the Blum space saver corner was a challenge. Though they had stopped supporting this corner, they agreed to make one for my case since the boxes were all intact. The quality of material is very good. Workmanship is very good. Installation was a breeze. Payment was flexible too. Everything went well smoothly except that the carcass could have been installed first and then the channels could have been installed. That would increase the life of channels. Overall I strongly recommend this company. Each of their employees strive to live up to the customers expectations. Kudos!!
